Today, we have a significant presence in Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, and the Philippines.What you will do- Being the L3 support for customer support; receiving ticket of issue via L1, L2 to investigate and clarify issues- Resolve L3 escalations for critical issues (e.g., system outages, performance bottlenecks, data corruption).- Debug and troubleshoot full-stack issues (backend APIs, databases, networking, cloud infrastructure).- Analyze logs, traces (e.g. ELK), and metrics (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) to identify root causes.- Performing troubleshooting analysis requests for technical via phone, email and any other form of communication in a timely, effective, and efficient manner- Working closely with Development team in Ascend Tech or with Product Owner oversea to handle issues- Identifying and escalating situations requiring urgent attention, understanding business impact and priorities- Lead post-mortem meetings for major incidents and document RCA reports.- Mentor L1/L2 support teams through knowledge sharing and training sessions.- Handle high-priority customers (Enterprise/SLA-bound) with clear communication and timely updates.- Proactively suggest optimizations to prevent future issues- Playing the role as business analyst to clarify requirements to work with PO and Development team to customize or enhance products- Following best practice ticket management processes, including ticket documentation, transferring, escalation and enhancement request submission- You are required to work on shifts, 5 days per week (not fix days off on weekend)- You are allocated to switch working shift weekly to make sure the working covering- Report to Team leaderWhat you will need- Graduate from technical schools or have Diploma in IT related discipline- Proven experiences in customer support, business analysis, dev-ops.- Strong at problem solving, critical thinking,- Good customer services, customer oriented- Excellent written and oral English communication skills- Ready to work afternoon/ evening shift; weekends and holidaysTechnical Expertise- Familiar with product, web application development with Java Technology;- Understand Java languages programming- Programming/ScriptingWhy You'll Love Working Here• Competitive remuneration package• 12 annual leaves plus 10 full paid sick leaves with lunch allowance• Healthcare insurance package (PVI insurance)• 13th salary + year end performance bonus• Social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance will be under Labor Law• Standard Agile Scrum with latest updated technology from USA• Unlimited access to Udemy training course• Free English and Technical training course with knowledge-sharing allowance• Macbook is provided for work• Annual summer vacation, Team-building activities along with occasional allowance as Newborn, Wedding, Birthday, Mid-Autumn Festival,...• Global and Dynamic working environment• Professional development and abroad opportunities with clear career path• Cooperating with many domestic and multi-national partners.How To ApplyDon’t hesitate to send your CV to:+ Ms. Quyên (Email: thuquyen.hoangthiascendcorp.com)

MIDDLE/SENIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT (L3 SUPPORT)

With the aim to be Technical center of group to build core platform of TrueMoney products. We are now one of the largest financial life platforms in Southeast Asia, growing from just 1 market to 6 markets in a span of 2 years. What you will do • Work in one of development team as developer to help team complete task of developing product.• Working with Dev Manager and Dev lead and team in grooming to clarify the requirement and estimation• Design system based on the industry best practice• Create test cases, develop unit test program, running unit test, and create unit test report What you will need • Strong in Java• Nice to have experience in client-side frameworks such as React, Angular, Flux/Redux..• Experience designing/developing APIs with OpenAPI/Swagger.• Experience with containerization and deployment in hybrid cloud (AWS/OCP) environments.• Strong Database skills in SQL and NoSQL solutions as well as strengths/weaknesses of both.• Excellent HTML/CSS skills having understanding of data organization and layout.• Experience with monolithic systems and strong understanding of micro architectures.• Experience working with CI/CD platforms and an appreciation for the build process.• You enjoy optimizing everything from how your code is compiled to how it scales across servers.• You thrive on learning new technologies and methods and want to use the best tools available.• You test your code and build systems to automate for testing efficiency.
